Overview
Operational runbooks document procedures for common platform tasks, incident response, and maintenance. These runbooks are intended for internal platform teams. Access requires authentication and internal audience permissions.
Runbook categories
Runbooks cover deployment, rollback, scaling, database maintenance, and incident response. Each runbook includes prerequisites, steps, verification, and rollback procedures. Runbooks are updated as procedures change.
Incident response
Incident runbooks guide responders through detection, triage, containment, and resolution. Escalation paths and communication templates are included. Post-incident review findings update runbooks for future improvements.
Access and updates
Runbooks are stored in the internal documentation system. Request access through the DMTR team. Contribute updates via the standard documentation workflow. Runbooks are reviewed during post-incident reviews.
