Permissions
Chrome extension permissions required by the DMTR extension.
Required permissions
The DMTR extension requests the following Chrome permissions in manifest.json:

activeTab | Reads the current tab's URL and title for entity detection |
storage | Stores API URL configuration and session state |
Host permissions

Additional hosts will be added as new site adapters are implemented.
What the extension does not access
- No browsing history
- No bookmarks
- No downloads
- No cookies or authentication tokens from other sites
- No data is sent to third parties — all API calls go to the DMTR backend
