Transfer Feasibility Prompt
Pre-built prompt template for transfer feasibility analysis.
Overview
The transfer-feasibility prompt is a pre-built MCP prompt template for analyzing whether a transfer is feasible. The LLM requests this prompt with variables (position ID, buyer participant ID) and receives a structured prompt. The template guides the LLM to call evaluate-transfer and interpret the results for the user.
Template
The prompt instructs the LLM to: (1) call evaluate-transfer with the given position and buyer, (2) interpret the feasibility result, (3) explain blocking reasons in plain language, (4) suggest required actions if not feasible. The template ensures consistent transfer feasibility flows.
Variables
| Variable | Type | Required | Description |
|---|---|---|---|
position_id | string | Yes | Position to transfer |
buyer_participant_id | string | Yes | Intended buyer |
quantity | number | No | Partial quantity (default full) |
Pass variables when requesting the prompt from the MCP server.
Example output
When rendered, the prompt produces text like: "Evaluate whether participant [buyer] can buy position [position]. Explain the result and any blocking factors. If not feasible, list steps to make it feasible." The LLM uses this to drive the evaluate-transfer flow.
Customization
The template is fixed by the MCP server. Customization is limited to variable values. For custom flows, use evaluate-transfer directly and build your own prompt.
